Spire Realty does business differently and it was imperative that that was reflected in their corporate identity while also balancing the fact that the corporate real estate industry is very traditional. The agency developed a new tagline, “The Next Generation of Real Estate,” and designed a total brand package complete with templates for lease signs and advertising. The logomark was simply typeset in an extended, contemporary font that felt airy and open – breathable to “new” things.
