Downtown Dallas, Inc. (DDI), formerly known as DOWNTOWNDALLAS lacked a clear brand identity. In business more than 50 years, the organization was well known and respected. So key historical identifiers were important to keep. However, the organization needed energy and a distinguishable brand to clearly differentiate them from the Dallas Convention and Visitors Bureau, the Dallas Chamber of Commerce, and the City of Dallas.
